Cross-Country Skiing School and Roller skiing school
Oberwald / Obergoms / Goms
Yes, we are happy to take advantage of the optimal snow conditions and the varied terrain at the Nordic Center.
In cross-country skiing lessons for beginners, we emphasize that the very first foundation for easy progress is the body position. This is where elements of cross-country skiing, yoga and dance come together. You'll be surprised how quickly you'll master the boss position - and therefore your narrow skis.
As both are possible for most people, a brief discussion with your cross-country skiing instructor is the best way to find out. Sometimes trying out both is the best solution. We will be happy to organize suitable rental or test equipment for you.
Our many years of experience show that this decision depends on your goals. If you want to make progress as quickly as possible, private skating or classic lessons for one to four people are very suitable, especially if your colleagues are at a similar level. However, if the focus is on fun and a group experience, e.g. at a company outing or sports club weekend, group cross-country skiing lessons are probably the best choice. Let us know your needs.
As there are several instructors available, there is full flexibility, i.e. in addition to skating, classic can also be taught. Only klister skis are not permitted on the facility.
A 60-minute lesson is almost always finished when the numerous exercises start to take effect and we get into the flow. This is the moment when the foundation for the greatest progress can be laid. We therefore recommend that you arrange 90- or 120-minute sessions. On request, we can also make video recordings, which you will receive with feedback.
None for the beginners' course, good cross-country skiing and/or inline skiing skills for the advanced roller skiing course.
