Our cross-country skiing coaches ensure your well-being
Our cross-country skiing instructors work with proven key concepts, images and metaphors so that you can initiate changes yourself and store new patterns in your memory for the long term. We deliberately practise some details, such as the optimal basic position (we will be happy to explain to you in person why we call this the ‘boss position’) and the central role of the hip flexor (iliopsoas) and body tension, without skis at first, so that you can achieve your goal – gliding easily instead of struggling – even faster.
