Biathlon schedule

Biathlon has a long history and many variations. Here is a brief overview: one lap of cross-country skiing or roller skiing, then shooting at a small target while lying down, skating again, then shooting at a slightly larger target while standing (in the introduction course, this is done lying down), reloading and/or penalty lap, or skating directly into the final lap.

Biathlon and Goms / Obergoms / Ulrichen/Geschinen

The expansion of the Nordic Centre in Ulrichen/Geschinen marks the beginning of a new success story in the sun-drenched Obergoms valley. The top-class biathlon infrastructure for winter and summer is comparable to that of Lenzerheide.

Cross-country skiing and shooting

Cross-country skiing in biathlon is done using the free technique, which is why good skating technique makes it more fun. Qualified experts in skating and shooting are available. Groups with classic equipment can also participate on request (minimum four people).

Good skating technique, endurance and precision

The combination of good skating technique, endurance, precision in shooting and good tactics are some of the reasons why biathlon competitions are so exciting. It is not the fastest cross-country skiers or the best shooters who win, but those who best combine the above disciplines.
